Load Restraint – Non Accredited
Purpose:
This training workshop aims to provide participants with an overview of standards and regulations for the restraint of loads and the practical skills to confidently restrain loads. The content can be somewhat customised to individual business needs, focusing on correct placement, load distribution and securing of general pallet freight, plant and equipment or specialist loads onto a range of vehicles. The program includes a presentation followed by practical training with the equipment and loads commonly used by your organisation.
Duration: 4 hours
Outcome:
This is a non-accredited training session and does not include an individual skills or knowledge assessment. Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance at a Load Restraint training session.

Group size:
We recommend a group size of approximately 6 – 8 as a maximum in order to provide all participants with ample opportunity to work with the trainer and practice load securing tasks. Training can be scheduled at a time and location convenient for you and your business.
Equipment and Resource Requirements:
This program includes a practical component, common loads and vehicles and a variety of restraint equipment will be required for the application of skills in practical tasks, if not available in your workplace this will be coordinated by our training team.
